Well another busy
show season has come to a close and the Year End points have all
been calculated and it was a stellar year for Team Tucalota. We
ran the Chino Hills Open Horse Show circuit and competed against
some of the VERY BEST Quarters, Paints, Arabs, Morgans and
Mini's in So. CA and these shows draw 150 - 250 horses at each
show. So this is by no means easy competition or a piece of
cake. But when all was said and done it all comes down to this:

YEAR END HIGH POINT ALL AROUND HALTER HORSE OF THE YEAR!!
Gate Farm's Black Tie Affair ( AKA Ace) and Gate
Farm's Simply Irresistible (AKA Ewok) have each
earned enough points to claim their 2nd, 3rd and 4th ADMS Honor
Roll Awards for Continuing Excellence. And Gate
Farm's Can't Touch This (AKA CT) has earned
enough points for his ADMS Versatility Hall of Fame Award and is
well on his way to earning his first Honor Roll Award. These
boys were the first jacks to compete against horses on their
turf and play by their rules. And they were the first Year End
High Point Grand Champion and Reserve Champion Halter Stallions
who had long ears and brayed. Now we have another first with Can't
Touch This taking Year
End High Point All Around Halter Horse of the Year! He may have
arrived at Tucalota Longears Company in California as a show
prospect, but he's leaving here a proven Halter Champion. So
when he returns home carrying silver and gold, it's just a
family tradition!
