All
terms of agreement apply solely to the account
holder who is responsible for the use and
control of this account.
The
account holder must be 18 years of age. If not,
a parent or a legal guardian must sign the
agreement, and take responsibility for all
account charges.
United
States Internet Presence Providers, Inc.
(hereinafter refereed to as USIPP) reserves the
right to refuse service to any customer or group
of customers.
USIPP
reserves the right to cancel any accounts user
may have at any time.
All
account holders are responsible to use the
Internet service consistent with all
international, federal, state, and local laws,
and to hold USIPP harmless for any violations of
any applicable law caused by use of this account
by the user or others.
Terms
of this agreement and pricing of service are
subject to change without prior notice unless
agreed to in writing.
All
information that is available on USIPP’s
servers is property of United States Internet
Presence Providers, Inc. or it’s information
provider. The user shall not redistribute any
information to a third party without permission
of the owner.
USIPP
reserves the right to edit or delete any public
information placed by user on USIPP’s servers.
Posting
of indecent or pornographic pictures and/or
written materials, or, any pictures and/or
material that would be considered unacceptable
to any one group or class of citizen on any of
USIPP’s. servers or servers accessed through
USIPP is forbidden and will result in immediate
termination of account.
USIPP
is not responsible for any damage done from
user’s use of the service or inability to use
services.
USIPP’s
service is provided "as available". No
warranties, implied or otherwise, are made with
the respect to USIPP’s Internet service,
software, or information.
USIPP
will not be held accountable for offensive
material found on the Internet. Censorship of
these materials from minors is the sole
responsibility of the account holder.
Sending
bulk amounts of unsolicited email otherwise
known as "spam" is not permitted.
Sending of Spam, Harvesting of Email Address by
Use of Spiders, or unauthorized use of Mail
Servers and DNS equipment will be billed at the
rate of $20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Dollars) per
hour of use. Unauthorized users agree to pay
this charge and any collection fees
involved.
Suspended Accounts
Lost,
stolen, or otherwise compromised passwords or
security of accounts.
Lack
of payment.
Breach
of any of the terms of the agreement.
User will be
responsible for all of the following:
Software
and hardware needed to access United States
Internet Presence Providers, Inc. Internet
service.
Security
of passwords.
All
telephone charges that are incurred while
connected or connecting to United States
Internet Presence Providers, Inc. Internet
service.
All
information submitted to United States Internet
Presence Providers, Inc. may not violate or
infringe upon any trademark or copyright laws.
United
States Internet Presence Providers, Inc.
reserves the right to assign or sell past due
accounts to Third Parties for Collection. User
agrees to accept Third Party as assignee.
Any
and all collections cost, attorneys fees, court
cost, and any other cost that United States
Internet Presence Providers, Inc. may incur in
the collection of any past due account. United
States Internet Presence Providers, Inc.
reserves the right to charge interest or finance
charges on all past due accounts at the rate of
1.5% per month or $ 5.00 which ever is higher.
If
any terms of the agreement are found to be
invalid, all other terms still apply and any
Legal Action shall be governed by the Laws of
the State of Missouri.
